Dutch Media Plot Against Iran Unveiled

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has unveiled a media plot hatched by the Netherlands to overthrow the Iranian government.
The Netherlands Foreign Ministry has allocated a 15-million-euro budget since 2005 to carry out a plan proposed by Farah Karimi, a Dutch lawmaker of Iranian origin, IRNA reported on Thursday.
The plan called “Media Pluralism in Iran” was aimed at launching Persian-language TV channels to undermine the Iranian government through media propaganda.
Some political restraints forced the Dutch government to finally revise its plans and substitute a series of websites instead of the planned opposition TV channels.
The Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) has also revealed the names of some of the websites that have been launched as part of the Dutch plot against Iran.
